How billing works

- Per active seat per month. A seat is a human user or a named agent identity; idle seats are never billed.
- Annual saves about 17-20% vs monthly.
- Bring-your-own keys. Circulara's utility calls run on your keys, typically well under 1% of the spend it saves.
- No metered surprises: unlimited assets, reuse hits, and dashboard users on Business and above. Only seats are counted.
- Your Report is the receipt.

- How do I know it's worth it before paying?
- Start free with Observe. Within 30 days it shows your fleet's actual spend, its carbon baseline, and exactly what Circulara would have saved. Upgrade only if the math is obvious.
- Does Circulara consume our tokens?
- Almost none. The savings engine is mostly deterministic software. The small semantic-matching and safety-scan calls run on your own keys and are typically a rounding error against the generation costs avoided.
- Will you see our data?
- Circulara's library lives in your tenant with default-deny capture: nothing is stored unless authorized, everything is scanned for secrets and PII, and nothing is shared beyond its clearance tier without a named human approving it.
- Where does Circulara source reused assets?
- From your own org library first, then the Circulara Commons of openly-licensed assets, then certified external catalogs. Anything paid runs on your own provider account, only after a named human approves it, and shows up on one external-data-spend report.
